i.        Listed Properties: These are properties that the owner lists directly on the Website. Listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is approved and published on the Website.

  1. Assisted Properties: MATCH HOSPITALITY AFRICA offers additional support services for property owners, including listing optimization and provision of legal templates. Fees for Assisted Listings are non-refundable.

  2. Managed Properties: MATCH HOSPITALITY AFRICA actively manages property listings, including promotion, booking, and customer service. Managed Property fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

In all cases, property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. MATCH HOSPITALITY AFRICA accepts no liability for disputes or issues arising between property owners and third parties, including tenants.

9. Payments, Fees, and Charges

9.1   Fees for services offered by MATCH HOSPITALITY AFRICA must be paid in full upon application unless otherwise agreed. All payments must be made in the currency as specified in the invoice, unless otherwise specified.

 

9.2   Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or removal of listings, termination of services, or other legal remedies.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1         MATCH HOSPITALITY AFRICA’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Website will be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.

 

10.2         MATCH HOSPITALITY AFRICA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

i.                 Use or inability to use the Website.

ii.                Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

iii.               Statements or conduct of third parties on the Website.
